The Ballot Process: Start to Finish:

1. Log in to your account: When tickets become available on Wednesday 11th December at 12:00 pm GMT, click the “Register Now” button to either create or log into your HYROX UK account. Please be careful to enter your email address accurately or risk missing communications regarding your ballot registration from us.
2. Ticket Selection: Once you have created your account, make sure to select your tickets as registration alone does not reserve or guarantee you a ticket. Your chance of being successful for tickets is not influenced in any way by the number of times you register, please choose your ballot registration wisely to avoid disappointment of being successful for a division you do not really want.
3. Entry Timeline: The deadline to submit your ballot registration by is Monday 16th December at 12:00 pm GMT. As you will have a total of 5 days to make your submission, there is no need to rush.
4. Selection Process:
   Successful Entries:
   Round one of successful entries will be selected at random and notified via email the week commencing December 16th to secure their entry. Tickets will be sold exclusively via the HYROX registration page and you will have 3 days to secure your spot, with the exact deadline/ link shared in your email. Please ensure to check your spam folders for this email.
   Unsuccessful Entries:
   If you don’t receive a ticket during the first round of the ballot, any unredeemed tickets will be made available in a second round. You’ll receive an email during round two with an opportunity to secure a ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware, if required you will be notified of any changes to the given timeline above.
