Workout of the week: CHASE

CHASE combines Wall Balls and Rowing. Round 1 starts with 20 Wall Balls followed by 20 Calories on the Rower (Cal Row), Round 2 follows with 19 Wall Balls and 19 Cal Row, Round 3 then with 18 Wall Balls and 18 Cal Row and so on. Subtract 1 rep/cal per round and continue this pattern until you have reached 1. The time cap for CHASE is 40 minutes.

Scaling: You can scale CHASE by skipping every other round (=20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2)
