“Wonder” is primarily basic endurance. Test yourself and time your 10km run. But make sure you leave some air for the 50 burpees because they will demand all your power in the end. You’ve got 70 minutes to complete “Wonder”!

Scaling: If this variation is too hard for you, scale “wonder” by doing half the distance and half the repetitions.
