A total of 4000m running with 4 exercises in between, that all target your legs except for one (Mountain Climber), is going to challenge your legs! Break them up in smaller sets or do them at a slower pace to save yourself some energy for the running parts. You will need 2 heavy Kettle Bells and a Wall Ball.
The time cap for STARR is 45 minutes.
Scaling: You can scale STARR by cutting the running distances in half and using lighter weights.
