"Shaggy" is 30 sec. running intervals followed by 30-second breaks. Try to run as fast as possible and use the pause for pulse control. Do this by inhaling and exhaling deeply. The workout only takes 10 minutes - give it all!!

Scaling: If the given variation is still too hard for you, scale "Shaggy" by increasing the pause time from 30 seconds to 1 minute.
