MIAMI EDITION consists of 8-12 Wall Ball repetitions, repeated every 60 seconds.
Beginners start with 8 reps, intermediate with 10 reps, and pros with 12 reps. Once you completed the amount of reps, you can rest for the remaining time until the next minute starts.
Repeat your amount of reps 10 times. While the first few rounds might feel easy, don’t let them fool you! As you progress it will get harder to keep up the reps count.
