LINDENBERG is a classic interval circuit workout that uses 40 seconds of work followed by 12 seconds of rest, repeated 5 times. One round of LINDENBERG consists of 40 sec. of burpees followed by 20 sec. rest, then 40 sec. of  running followed by 20 sec. rest, then 40 sec. wall balls followed by 20 sec. rest, then 20 sec. rowing followed by 20 sec. rest. 

After each round you have 1 minute of rest.

Scaling: You can scale LINDENBERG by reducing reducing your work times and increasing the rest times (e.g. 30/30 or 20/40)
