JOEL 2.0 consists of 2 parts that you should complete one after another.
In Part a) you perform 5 Back Squats for 5 rounds. Increase the weight for each round until the 5th rep becomes hard but doable.
Part b) is for time and includes 250m SkiErg, 5 Devils Press and 250m Rowing. Use 2 Dumbbells for the Devils Press using medium/heavy weight.
The time cap for part b) is 10 minutes.
Scaling: You can scale JOEL by decreasing the weight of part a) and b).
