HARRIS is a sole bodyweight workout that includes Wall Walks, Burpee Broad Jumps, Squats, and Sit Ups. After the first round check for the time and set a goal on how many rounds you want to complete.

Scaling: You can scale HARRIS by decreasing from 20 to 10 Minute AMRAP. In addition we recommend to substitute Wall Walks for a 10 second Handstand Hold or 5 Push Ups
