HYROX Divisions - Find your level!

HYROX is the perfect competition for everyone who works out every week. Are you a team athlete, a runner, a triathlete, an obstacle racer or a Crossfit enthusiast? Or are you a fitness freak and the gym is your playground? Then HYROX is your sport! Go beyond your limits individually or with your doubles partner.

Sign up as a doubles team with your gym buddy, best friend or partner and race in the HYROX Doubles Division - men/men, women/women or a coed team. You and your teammate race together tag teaming each workout. This means you can support each other and split up the workouts as you choose, based on your individual strengths.

  • You can qualify at any one of our season 4 events around the globe!

  • The day after you have completed your HYROX event, you will receive a qualification email. This email will contain your unique code that you will use to register. You will only have 48 hours to sign up! Once the 48 hours have lapsed your slot will go to the next qualifier below you.

  • The World Championship Race is an event where athletes come from around the globe for their chance to win the title of the HYROX World Champion. Want to see if you have what it takes? Race in any one of our season 4 events around the globe and my history with us!

  • Vegas baby! The event will take place in fabulous Las Vegas, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

  • Unlike a regular HYROX event the World Championships will take place over the course of three days.

    Thursday May 12th – HYROX will be hosting on-site a gym complete with special classes and coaching. Come see the newest innovations in the fitness industry and share a beer with your fellow athletes after.

    Friday May 13th –  HYROX will be hosting a opening ceremony complete with athlete walk-ins.

    Saturday May 14th – The main event the HYROX WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS OF FITNESS RACE.

    Celebrate the fittest racing series in the world with us on Saturday night at our exclusive after party!

  • Join the #hysociety at the Westgate Las Vegas.

    Located next to the Las Vegas Convention Center and with easy access to the monorail, the Westgate is a great option for your weekend in Vegas.

  • Everyone is separated by their division and will begin the competition in waves of 25-30 people at a time, allowing for enough room in between workout stations.

     

  • This will depend  on your fitness level. The average HYROX finisher time in 2021 was 1.5 hours. The HYROX competition is comparable to a sprint triathlon or a fast half marathon.

     

  • _WHO can compete in the Elite Race Invitational?

    The Elite Race Athletes have been personally selected by HYROX and the current World Championships. If you were not selected for the Elite Race, you cannot register for the Elite Race. If you were selected for the Elite race you will be notified by our Hyrox staff, you will register for the Pro division but be place in the Elite wave come race day.

    _WHERE is the event located? 

    HYROX Elite Race Invitational 2022 will be held in Las Vegas on May 14,2022. Click here to purchase your spectator ticket for Las Vegas and watch it all go down.

    _WHAT TIME is the Elite Race? 

    The Elite Race will happen mid-day.

  • Every event in the season leading up to the World Championship across the globe is a chance to qualify. The best athletes of each age group can qualify, within all divisions, and from any event for the World Championships.

    Each qualifier needs to make his/her decision within 48 hours after receiving the invitational email. If someone does not use their race slot, the next best athlete will be contacted and will be offered the amazing opportunity to become the HYROX World Champion!

     

  • You can win prize money in the Pro Division at every U.S. event.

    Pro Men (USA)

    • 1st Place: 1,000 USD
    • 2nd Place: 500 USD
    • 3rd Place: 250 USD

    Pro Women (USA)

    • 1st Place: 1,000 USD
    • 2nd Place: 500 USD
    • 3rd Place: 250 USD

  • We’ve teamed up with local gyms in each city who are now HYROX licensed studios and specialize in supporting HYROX and our athletes. You can locate your closest gym in our gym finder. They offer gym classes for every BODY. Click Here to find detailed training information.

     

     

  • _WHO can compete in a HYROX?

    Every BODY who is 16 and older can participate in the HYROX event – anyone who participates in a sport, gym, fitness club, or just loves to run is ideal for HYROX. It is recommended you have a fitness background or regularly patriciate in fitness activities. You should have at least a minimal fitness level. The workouts are a combination of different natural movements combined with weights. 

    The competition is broken up into divisions of HYROX Women/Men, HYROX Pro Women/Men and the HYROX Doubles.

  • Your start time will be emailed to you a week prior to the event. 

    The official event takes place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Each division will have their own start time. Your average division takes 1.5 hours to complete. One week before the event we will announce the time frames for each division. It is recommended that you arrive up to 2 hours before your division start time in order to allow enough time to register, warm up and go through a technical briefing.  The order of divisions are typically as follows:

    • HYROX Pro Women
    • HYROX Pro Men
    • HYROX Relay

     

  • For the HYROX U.S. and German events we are offering SEASON passes! Available in 3-pack, 5-pack or for UNLIMITED races!

    Once you purchase your Season Pass, your race credits will automatically be added to your account.   Simply log in and register for the events you wish to participate in. At checkout your Pass will be added automatically.

  • Up to 7 days prior to the event athletes can transfer the event location and change division and/or athlete competing. Simply login to your account at register.hyrox.com and select ‘Change Order’ the system will prompt you from there.   There is a small processing fee to make any change:

  • Yes, spectator tickets are $10 and can be purchased under the event you wish to attend.

  • There are eleven age groups within the individual divisions and five age groups within the double’s division.

    The age groups are broken down as shown below:

    The best athletes of each age group will qualify for the HYROX World Championships. The final slots will be announced the day following the event. Please check the athletes guides on each event page for more details!
